So this weekend we went to Fort Caswell on Oak Island.

And here's what happened all weekend.

So, on Friday, we got on the bus for the three hourish ride. I was stuck in the van with Meredith, Rachel, Dory, Alyssa, Lauren, Ashley, Megan, Jordan, Theresa, Kirby, Jacob, and Joe, our youth leader.

So it's about two hours since we left, pitch black outside, and we're all whining for food. So he texted Jeremy (because he's the other driver.) and we pull over at Wendys. The college kids walk over to some other place, and we're all just talking and yelling across the room, cause we pretty much take up half of it.

Then an hourish later we get to the Fort. We get to our house, Fort Caswell, and we walk around, explore. I didn't' get a room key. ): But Stephanie and Kirby did. (Me and Theresa used the m more though.)

The girls stayed upstairs and the boys downstairs.

Saturday was awesome. Woke up at 7:30 in the morning, then breakfast. We had quiet time for like, an hour, which really turned into free time. We had Worship, and small groups. Small Groups we made a mask, because the weekend was about removing your masks and getting closer to Jesus. We talked about the masks we wear, and school labels, and pretty much problems we've got going on.

We had worship again, then lunch.

Track Times was awesome. You had the choice between Guitar, sports, boys only, girls only, drama improve, and something else. I went to girls only, although we didn't' do anything real girly.
We were supposed to ask questions, but we ended up here scary stories and prank stories.

We heard about the Grey Nurse, the devilish soldier ghost, Johnny, and Rachel Hatch.

Rachel Hatch was the woman who donated the money for Hatch Auditorium. There's this portrait of her hanging up in there. And if you touch the portrait, then the tech equipment goes all wonky. So Dory went and touched it, and the sounds and light kept messing up last night and this morning! It was weird!

During Free Time we went to the Forts and the Beach. And had a water fight

We walked all around the forts, and it was really cool. We went in the tunnels, looked where the cannons were and it was really creepy too.

At the beach we waded around in the water, got stuck with sand spurs, (they hurt really bad.) and collected shells. And Lindsey, an older girl, jumped in for $15. She was freezing!

The water fight started with Joe and his daughter Jenny. He dumped a water bottle on her, and it was on. Everybody, except Ms Linda, Justin, and me, were armed. There was water going everywhere. A lot of kids went onto the top deck and were just pouring water down. I think though, that Laure was the most soaked., It was so funny! Pretty much everyone got her! Only Joe got me, and just a little bit. I thought it was funny how there were only two dry kids by the end. xD

Then Dinner, a small worship, more small groups where we talked about our weekends, and Worship again. A lot of people fell asleep during worship, and i almost did. But I caught myself!
I mean though, even our Youth Pastor fell asleep!

Then we had devotions, and an hour or two of free time, since Joe let us stay up later. Everyone was freaked to go to bed, because of the stories.

Then today we all got up, breakfast, quiet time, two hours of worship, and we left.

I wish I could've stayeddd.

Today is what I wish everyday is.
It was FUN.

Patricia and Laurlita came over.

So we're all sitting in mom's room.
And Patrick finds nerf gun.
And so he's shooting Kirsten, Lauren, and me.

So we're laughing and dodging and throwing them back.
It was really funny.

Then we're bored and so I'm like "Lets go get some bojangles (Only we pronounce it "Bo-Hohn-Glase") I'll buy you fries and get a tea."

So we're driving around, blaring country music, with the windows and the sun roof open.
It was awesome, especially when Patrick sang along to Chicken Fry.

Then we got home, and Kirsten got in a bit of troubel with a dude (Actually I'm going to kick Will's ass.)

And then Lauren and I go to Lowes Foods and Blockbuster to stalk this dude she likes.
And to return Halloween, because she was too scared to go by herself.

And when we get back, we watch Rob&Big for an hour and then the new Hannah Montana.

Meh, tired.
Gonna watch Patricia play Halo 3.



Oh, and they're seniors, and Patricia is in college.
I don't like hanging out with kids my age.
I have more friends in high school and college.
